Poorvi Singh

Product designer

Hi, I’m Poorvi

I’m a product designer from the National Institute of Design.

I pay attention to the context around an experience: what people already know, the decisions they need to make, and what happens when things don’t go as planned. Small details often reveal a lot about how the whole system works.

I like talking to people and trying ideas out early. Both help me question my assumptions, change direction when needed, and work through the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Where I’ve worked

Moneyview

Product Design Intern

I owned design work across eight initiatives, including a Top-up loan redesign and a framework for returning borrowers. I worked from problem framing through handoff, and designed a disability declaration that is now live across personal loan applications.

Tata Digital

UX Research Intern

I studied how customers navigate electronics shopping across Croma stores and Tata Neu. Through interviews and observation in five stores, I mapped the journey and turned the research into concept directions for a more connected experience.

How it started

A pile of paper and glue could become something entirely new. A folktale could unfold through colour, art and music. Even a packet of biscuits had a whole world of machines behind it. As a kid, I loved seeing how it all came together.
